熔体的钼收得率达100%。转炉冶炼含钼钢时
宜采取合适措施向铁水中加入粉状MoO
后随即造流动性良好的渣
以利快速还原MoO
提高Mo的收得率。
The reaction of reduction of Mo0
with different adding method by 500 g Fe-1. 80% 〜3. 50% [ C
melts with nitrogen protective atmosphere at 1 300 ~ 1 500 °C has been studied. Results show that at W 1 400 °C with free slag condition
the reduction rate of Mo0
by feeding MoO
powder is faster than that by adding Mo0
pellet
and the [C
in melt is main factor to reduce MoO
as the [C
in melt is about 2%
then yield of molybdenum is up to 96% ; with slag condition
the effect of temperature of melts on reduction reaction of Mo0
is larger
with increasing temperature
increases
and the yield of molybdenum in 1.80% [C
melt is up to 100% at 1 500 °C. As the steel bearing Mo is melted by converter
to feed powder MoO
in hot metal
then form the slag with nice
flowability is available to fast reduce MoO
and increase yield of Mo.
