为提高转炉生产能力

优化了转炉供氧制度-氧枪枪位和加料模式

不同铁水Si含量所对应的基础石灰、白云石量和底吹工艺

Abstract

In order to increase the converter production capability

with optimization of converter oxygen supply schedule- oxygen lance level and charging mode

basic lime and dolomite amount according to different Si content in metal and bottom blowing process

and control tapping temperature

the converter end point first percentage of hits increases from 89. 5% to 95. 45% to decrease times of reblow； the average end [ N

]

decreases to 35 x 10

and by virtuous turnover of ladle and reasonable control of tap time

the temperature of liquid is ≥1 560℃ as ladle at refining station.
