70 t电弧炉的炉料装入量为80~81 t
其中热直接还原铁热压块HBI为14.6~15.2 t
铁水23~27 t
其出钢量77~78 t
电耗316~324 kWh/t
氧耗29.7~33.0 m~3/t
冶炼周期48~54 min。生产实践表明
热压块是优质废钢的替代品
可促进电弧炉脱磷和脱碳反应
降低氧耗1.3~3.2 m
3
/t
但每增加1%热压块则增加电耗3.5kWh/t
所以炉料为全废钢时不宜配加热压块
当加入30%铁水和加入10%热压块时可以达到冶炼过程最优化。
Charged weight for the 70 t arc furnace is 80-81 t including direct reduction iron hot briquette (HBI) 14.6-15.2 t and hot metal 23-27 t
its tapping liquid amount is 77-78 t
electric power consumption 316 ~ 324 kWh/t
oxygen consumption 29.7-33. 0 m3/t and tap-to-tap time 48 ~54 min. Steelmaking practice shows that HBI is a substitute for quality scrap
it is available to improve dephosphorization and de-carbon reaction
decrease oxygen consumption 1.3-3.2 m
but with increasing every 1% charge of HBI the electric power consumption increases 3. 5 kWh/t
therefore it is not suitable charging HBI only with scrap
as charging 30% hot metal and 10% HBI the steelmaking process is optimization.
