sample mass (642 ~ 667 g) and shearing stress (shearing 1 -5 times) on magnetic properties of different grade 0. 27 ~0. 50 mm oriented and non-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet produced at home and abroad has been analyzed by using test system for magnetic properties of silicon steel sheet. Results show that with raising ambient temperature the iron loss and magnetic induction of cold-rolled silicon steel sheet decrease; with increasing sample mass the iron loss increases and the magnetic induction decreases ; and with increasing shearing times the iron loss progressively increases and the magnetic induction progressively decreases. The suitable conditions and attention items for test magnetic properties are summarized in this article.
