摘要

WB36钢管(%:0.16C、0.46～0.47Si、1.02～1.05Mn、0.008～0 010P、0.00IS、0.29～0.30Mo、1.17～1.20Ni、0.58Cu、0.02Nb、0.05 Al)冶金流程为45 t EAF-LF-VD-Φ600 mm铸坯-穿孔

Φ600 m×70 mm-Φ720周期轧管机组轧制.通过控制环形炉加热气氛

均热段温度～1 250℃

穿孔温度1 100℃

随后毛管在周期轧管机中以三向压应力状态进行轧制

WB36钢管淬-回火后的组织为铁素体+贝氏体

室温和高温力学性能以及焊接性能均符合EN10216-2标准要求

0.05Al) is 45 t EAF-LF-VD-Φ600 mm casting bloom-piercing

Φ600 m×70 mm-Φ720 Pilger mill rolling. With controlling heating atmosphere in circular rotating furnace

temperature at soaking zone 〜1 250

℃

piercing temperature 1 100 °C

then blank lube tolling with three-dimensional stress by Pilger Mill

the structure of quenched-tempered WB36 steel tube is ferrite + bainite

its mechanical properties at ambient and elevated temperature

and weldability all meet the requirement of EN10216-2 standard.
