钢中氮含量随着吹氮时间、氮分压的增加而增大
随吹氮流量增加钢液氮含量达到饱和的时间缩短
氮的溶解度随着钢液温度的降低而升高。应用热力学模型和动力学模型对实验结果进行分析。

2.12Mo) has been studied by using corundum crucible-silicon-molybdenum rod electric resistance furnace in laboratory. Results show that with increasing nitrogen blowing time and nitrogen partial pressure the nitrogen content in steel increases ; with increasing blowing nitrogen rate the time that nitrogen content in liquid comes up to saturation value reduces and with decreasing liquid temperature the dissolvability of nitrogen in steel increases. Analysis on test results is carried out by using thermodynamics and kinetics models.
