it is defined that the contaminated oil and suspending particles in laminar flow cooling water deposit on surface of strip
after solid-solution treatment and pickling the bright spots form on surface of strip. With strict controlling the laminar cooling water quality and strengthening the management of relative laminar flow cooling equipment during facility maintenance
as oil contamination of cooling water is less than 0.5 mg/L and suspending particles is less than 7 mg/L
it is available to avoid the formation of bright spot defect of 304 stainless steel strip and obviously enhance the quality of products.
