blowing oxygen and adding aluminium and non-operating factors on liquid temperature during RH-MFB refining process is analyzed and studied
and a prediction model for refining liquid is established. Verifying results by continuous-refining 10 heats 270 t ultra-low carbon liquid (0.001% ~0.002 5%C) temperature show that the error of liquid temperature calculated by model and measured is no more than ±5 ℃.
