0. 35 ~0. 37Mo) are melted by 30 t EAF-LF-VD-7.2 t casting ingot flow sheet. The T-type steel tube with T-type head outside diameter 860 mm
tube body outside diameter 740 mm
wall thickness 60 mm
total length 6 500 mm is produced by hydraulic punching-reducing piercing-Pilger rolling tube process. Results show that compared with conventional forming process by forging and boring
the Pilgrim rolling process by which the mold mouth and tube body are formed only once is available to greatly increase the yield of raw material ; and the mechanical properties of tube products meet the requirement service.
