The flowsheet of one stop process for steelmaking stainless steel at Xingsteel is hot metal dephosphorizing- slag skimmigs-AOD-LF-CCM. The effect of reducing slag basicity 1. 5 ~2. 2 on yield of manganese and the effect of nitrogen content in steel 0Crl2Mnl5NiCuN on de-nitrogen of steel by blowing argon process are analyzed
it is obtained that with controlling the slag basicity 2. 0 ~ 2. 3 the manganese yield is more than 97 %
and with blowing nitrogen in decarburizing period and reducing period
as blowing 60 〜80 m

argon in 58 t liquid after end reducing period
the nitrogen content in liquid may control between 0. 18% and 0. 25%. 60 t AOD production results show that as compared with " EAF + AOD” two step mode the total cost for production of steel 0Crl2Mnl5NiCuN by using AOD direct charging dephosphorized hot-metal one step mode decreases by 500
