0.003S) is 150t BOF-LF-60mm Slab Casting-Continuous Rolling. The test of double-pass hot deformation of sample taking from 60mm casting slab of steel 75Cr1 has been carried out by Thermecmastor-Z thermal simulator to analyze the effect of temperature (1000~1150°C )
deformation (0.1 ~0.22)
strain rate (0.1 ~ 10

) and pass interval time ( 1~80s) on static recrystallization of steel. And static recrystallization fraction in different deformation conditions is calculated by using 2% stress compensation method
and the static recrystallization kinetic model of saw steel 75Cr1 based on CSP process is established. The evolution of structure of steel 75Cr1 in hot-rolling process of CSP flowsheet may
predict by VB simulation software combined with process parameters at situ. It is obtained that the suitable finishing rolling process parameters for steel 75Cr1 are finishing inlet temperature of steel 1150℃,deformation 0.22
