tensile strength and hardness of the steel has been studied. Results show that before crystallization of steel (annealed at 390 ~ 480 °C)
the effect of annealing temperature on tensile strength and hardness of steel is minor; as recrystallized grain rate is ≥70% (annealed at 560 ~820)
decreasing annealing temperature is available to effectively increase tensile strength of steel while deterioration of steel's magnet
ic performance is no-obvious
but has no-effect on hardness of steel; as recrystallized grain rate is less than

70% (>480 ~

with decreasing annealing temperature the steel's magnetic performance deteriorates sharply
