摘要

通过将低碱度（2.6）CaO-Al

-SiO

渣系优化成（≥5.0）高碱度CaO-Al

-SiO

-CaF

渣系

LF前钢中[Als

]

由0.02%0.03%提高至≥0.06%

将原大气浇铸改进为箱式Ar保护浇铸

3 t锭身浇铸时间由68 min优化成45 min等工艺措施

使Cr12MoV冷作模具钢[O

]

≤18×10

≤0.005%

综合成材率由74.35%提高至80.12%。

Abstract

With using the process measures including modifying the low basicity (2. 6) CaO-Al

-SiO

slag series to high basicity ( ≥5. 0) CaO-Al

-SiO

-CaF

slag series

increasing the [Als

]

in steel before LF refining from 0. 02% ~ 0. 03% to M 0. 06%

improving the atmosphere casting to box type Ar shielding casting and improving the 3t ingot body casting time from 6 ~8 min to 4 ~5 min

the [O

]

and [S

]

in cold-working die steel Cr12MoV are respectively [O

]

≤ 18 X 10

-6

and [S

]

≤ 0. 005%

and the comprehensive products yield increases from 74. 35% to 80. 12%.
