With more narrow chemical constituents influencing hardenability

controlling LD end [C] ≥ 0.08% and roughing slags amount using effectively slag stopping technology and detecting system of roughing slags

diffusion deoxidation of LF using aluminum particle and carbide

treating for 20 ~ 30 min in the minimum vacuum degree of RH

shielding casting with mold electromagnetic stirring and final electromagnetic stirring and by low superheat pouring

the examination results show that the chemical constituents of steel 15B36Cr is stable

except B heavy inclusion

the rating of other inclusion in steel is no more than 1.0

the hardenability band is more narrow

and the key technical indexs of test steel satisfy the requirements of customer and expectation.
