and iron height 3.1 m are numeric-simulated. Through the comparative analysis on the flow field and turbulent kinetic energy with impeller diameter 0.7 ~ 1.1 m
immersion depth 1.00-1.34 m
and stirring speed 60 〜140 i/min
the best process parameters are 120 r/min of stirring speed
1.34 m of immersion depth and 0.9 m of impeller diameter. Through the process practice
the desulphurization rate of hot metal can reach up to more then 96%.
