选用Cu、Cr、Ni微合金化成分体系

采用热连轧控轧控冷工艺

精轧终轧温度845～875℃

卷取温度585～615℃生产的8 mm耐候结构钢Q355NHC (/%:0.068C

0.18Si

1.17Mn

0.010P

0.006S

0.35Cu

0.21Ni

0.49Cr)带材力学性能为:屈服强度463.6 MPa

抗拉强度552.3 MPa

延伸率28.7%

-20℃V-型缺口冲击功251～256 J

各项质量指标均满足标准要求。

Abstract

By selecting Cu

Cr and Ni micro-alloying composition system and controlled rolling and cooling process of hot continuous rolling

finishing rolling temperature 845 ～875 ℃ and coiling temperature 585 ～615 ℃

the mechanical properties of produce weather-resistant structural steel Q355NHC 8 mm strip ( /% ：0. 068C

0. 18Si

1. 17Mn

0. 010P

6. 006S

0. 35Cu

0. 21Ni

0. 49Cr ) are yield strength 463. 6 MPa

tensile strength of 552. 3MPa

elongation 28. 7%

and -20 ℃ V- type notch impact energy 251 ~256 J

and the other quality indexes meet the standard requirements.
