the precipitation of the second phase particles of BN

C is controlled to improve fishing scaling resistance of steel. The annealing temperature 810 ℃ is adopted to improve the stamping perform- ance of low-carbon cold-rolled enamel steel DCO1EK. The results show that of low-carbon cold-rolled enamel steel DCO1EK the yield strength is 208-239 MPa
the tensile strength is 333-348 MPa
and the elongation >36%. Its metallographic structure is ferrite and pearlite
which can meet the requirements of stamping forming. The effects of boron and second phase particles on the phosphorus explosion resistance of low carbon cold rolled enamel steel are studied by hydrogen permeation test.
