采用试验和热力学计算相结合的方法研究了不同合金化工艺对18Cr超纯铁素体不锈钢精炼过程夹杂物的影响。试验结果表明:18Cr超纯铁素体不锈钢钛合金化前的夹杂物类型为CaO-Al
2
O
3
-MgO,钛合金化后夹杂物类型转变为了CaO-Al
2
O
3
-MgO-TiO
X
。铌钛双稳定(Ti:0.181%,Nb:0.147%)合金化后的炉次夹杂物数量密度和夹杂物中TiO
X
的重量百分比都要低于钛单稳定(Ti:0.324%)的炉次。
Effect of different alloying processes on inclusions of 18Cr ultra-pure ferrite stainless steel during refining process were investigated by using industrial experiments and thermodynamic calculations. The results showed that the inclusion type of 18Cr ultra-pure ferrite stainless steel before titanium alloying is CaO-Al
2
O
3
-MgO, and the inclusion type changes to CaO-Al
2
O
3
-MgO-TiO
X
after titanium alloying. After titanium alloying, the number density of inclusions and the weight percentage of TiO
X
in Nb-Ti double stable heats number (Ti: 0.181%, Nb: 0.147%) are lower than those in single Ti stable heats number (Ti: 0.324%).
