介绍了加氢反应器特厚板12Cr2Mo1VR(H)钢的成分设计、冶炼、浇铸和轧制工艺,利用JMatPro软件计算热扩散率、热容量、钢板导热能力等重要相变参数,并分析了热处理制度对其组织、回火脆化性能、高温持久与蠕变性能的影响。生产过程中通过调整Cr、Mo(Mn)和V含量,控制各组织的形态和分布,促进晶内铁素体形核,利用洁净钢冶炼技术将有害元素控制在较低水平,减少有害元素晶界偏聚产生的回火脆化现象,利用水冷模浇铸技术和控制轧制技术控制原始晶粒度,性能检测结果显示,12Cr2Mo1VR(H)钢的抗回火脆化温度达到-51 ℃,钢板经模拟热循环后X向、Y向、Z向的三个位置拉伸性能差异范围在15 MPa以内,厚度截面表层、厚度1/4、厚度1/2、厚度3/4位置冲击功均达到280 J以上,无较大的位置趋向差异,在540 ℃温度下,加载力为210 MPa时,持续1 010 h未断裂,高温蠕变弹性伸长率为0.147 5%,总塑性伸长率1.454 5%。
This paper introduces the composition design, smelting, casting and rolling process of extra-thick plate 12Cr2Mo1VR(H) steel for hydrogenation reactor application, calculates the important phase change parameters such as heat diffusion rate, heat capacity and thermal conductivity of steel plate by JMatPro software, and analyzes the influence of heat treatment system on its organization, tempering embrittlement performance, high temperature persistence and creep performance. In the production process by adjusting Cr, Mo (Mn) and V contents, control the morphology and distribution of microstructure, promote the crystalline iron body core, using clean steel smelting technology to control harmful elements at a low level, reducing the tempering brittlement phenomenon produced by the polarization of grain boundaries of harmful elements, controlling the original grain size by using water cooling mold casting technology and control rolling technology. The performance detection results showed that the anti-tempering embrittlement temperature of 12Cr2Mo1VR(H) steel reached -51 ℃, after simulated thermal cycling, the difference of tensile properties of steel plate in X, Y and Z direction of steel plate was within 15 mpa, the impact energy of the surface layer, 1/4,1/2 and 3/4 of the thickness section was over 280 J, and there was no significant difference in the position trend. At the same time, the loading force at 540 ℃ temperature was 210 MPa without breaking for 1 010 h. The elastic elongation of high temperature creep was 0.147 5%, and the total plastic elongation was 1.454 5%, respectively
