退火温度对冷轧无取向硅钢组织结构和磁性能的影响

Influence of Annealing Temperature on Structure,Texture and Magnetic Properties of Cold Rolled Non-Oriented Silicon Steel

摘要: 研究了成分为0.003%C- 1.6%Si的0.5mm无取向冷轧板850~1000℃退火后的晶粒、织构、铁 损和磁感应强度。试验结果表明,随退火温度增高,晶粒的平均尺寸由850 ℃23μm 增加至1000℃115 pm, 铁损由850℃4.36 W/kg降低至1000℃3.35W/kg,磁感应强度在920℃退火达到最大值1.732 T。随退火温 度继续升高,磁感应强度逐渐降低至1000℃1.717 T

Abstract: The grain size,texture,iron loss and magnetic induction of 0.5 mm 0.003C- 1.6Si non-oriented silicon steel cold rolled sheet annealed at 850~1000 ℃ have been studied.The test results showed that with annealing temperature increasing the average grain size increased from 23 μm at 850 ℃ to 115 pm at 1000 ℃,the iron loss decreased from 4.36 W/kg at 850 ℃ to 3.35 W/kg at 1000 ℃;and the magnetic induction was up to maximum value 1.732 T at 920℃, with annealing temperature further increasing the magnetic induction gradually decreased to 1.717 T at 1000 ℃
