激光处理对9Cr2钢组织的影响

Effect of Laser Quenching Treatment on Structure of Steel 9Cr2

摘要: 用 3kW连续CO₂ 横流激光器对成分(%)为0.80~0.95C,0.40Si,0.40Mn,1.30~1.70Cr的9Cr2 钢进行激光表面热处理,分析了在激光功率1.8~2.4 kW、激光束扫描速度500~1000mm/min的激光处理后 该钢的表面组织和硬化层深度。试验结果表明,当激光束功率较大、扫描速度较小时处理后组织区域为熔化 区、相变区、热影响区和基体,硬化层厚度0.4~0.8mm; 当激光束功率较小、扫描速度较大时处理后组织区域 为相变区、热影响区和基体,硬化层深度0.2~0.6 mm

Abstract: The steel 9Cr2-0.80~0.95C,0.40Si,0.40Mn,1.30~1.70Cr was laser quenched surface heat treatment by a 3 kW continuous CO₂ cross current laser with laser power 1.8~2.4 kW and laser beam scan velocity 500~1000 mm/min,and the surface structure and the case hardening depth were analyzed and tested. The test results showed that with higher laser power and lower beam scan velocity the case structure consisted of melting zone,phase transformation zone, heat influence zone and matrix and the case hardening depth was 0.4~0.8 mm;and with lower laser power and higher beam velocity the case structure consisted of phase transformation zone, heat influence zone and matrix and the case hardening depth was 0.2~0.6mm
