Effect of Rolling Process on Carbo-Nitride Precipitation of Microalloy Steel EH420

摘要: 采用电子显微分析和物理化学相定量分析技术,研究了在900~1 000℃变形量40%-60%轧制后Nb-V-Ti-B和Nb-V-Ti微合金化钢EH420中碳氮析出物的大小、数量和形貌。试验结果表明,900℃轧制时,钢中析出碳氮化物数量较1 000℃轧制时多;变形量由40%增至60%时,析出碳氮化物数量增加,平均尺寸减小;Ti、Nb碳氮化物在整个轧制过程均有析出,V的碳氮化物只存在较低温度变形时析出。

Abstract: The size, amount and morphology of carbo-nitride precipitated in Nb-V-Ti-B and Nb-V-Ti microalloy steel EH420 rolling at 900~1000℃ with deformation 40%~60% by electron microanalysis and physical-chemistry phase analysis technique. The test results showed that the amount of carbo-nitride precipitated in steel rolling at 900 ℃ was more than that rolling at 1000 ℃; with degree of deformation increased from 40% to 60%, the precipitated carbo-nitride amount increased while average size decreased; and Ti-Nb carbo-nitride precipitated at whole rolling course, but V carbo-nitride precipitated only at lower rolling temperature.
