摘要/Abstract

摘要： 综合分析了国内普遍使用的成分(%)为0.37~0.57C、12.59～13.67Cr的5种国内外钢厂生产的电渣重熔4Cr13(DIN 1.2083)高级耐蚀镜面塑料模具钢的冶金质量和抛光性能。测试结果表明，该钢经电渣重熔后具有较好的抛光性能，当试样的HRC 硬度值的极差≤1.5时，钢具有较好的抛光性能；当钢中存在复相氮化钛夹杂时，显著影响该钢的抛光性能。

Abstract: Metallurgical quality and mirror polishing performance of domestic wide used 5 kinds of ESR high quality corrosion-resisting mirror plastic die steel 4Cr13(DIN 1.2083)-0.37～0.57C,12.59～13.67Cr produced at home and abroad are analyzed comprehensively. Examination results indicated that the ESR steels have excellent mirror polishing performance,as the range of HRC hardness value of samples was ≤1.5,the steels have nice mirror polishing performance and as there were multi-phase titanium nitride inclusions in steel,they obviously influenced the mirror polishing performance of steel.
