280 mm×380 mm方坯连铸结晶器钢水流场的数值模拟

Numerical Simulation of Fluid Field of Molten Steel in Mold for 280 mm×380 mm Billet Concasting

摘要: 借助商业软件CFX4.4,对拉速0.8 m/min、两孔浸人式水口结构内腔中的钢水流动和(mm)280×380 ×800结晶器内70L(0.70%C)钢水流场进行了数值模拟。结果表明,侧孔倾角度10°、20°时,结晶器液面附近有二次漩涡出现,易造成卷渣;倾角30°时,液面相对平静;水口插入深度175~225 mm时,水口射流对结晶器钢水液面没有明显的冲击。

Abstract: The numerical simulation of fluid field of 70L steel(0.70C)in 280×380×800(mm)mold and molten steel flowage at inner of two-side bole immersed nozzle structure with casting speed 0.8 m/min have been caried out by commercial software CFX4.4.The results showed that as side hole inclination was 10°and 20°,there was second eddy near the liquid surface in mold easy to induce entrapped slag, while inclination was 30° the liquid surface relatively calm; and as submerged depth of immersed nozzle was 175~225 mm the impact of nozzle jet flow on liquid surface of steel in mold was not obvious.
