帘线钢线材表面质量分析

An Analysis on Surface Quality of Wire for Steel Cord of Tyre

摘要: 试验了国内外不同厂家生产的φ5.5 mm 0.72%~0.82%C帘线钢线材的表面质量。结果表明,多数 厂家的帘线钢线材表面无脱碳层,平均氧化层厚度≤7.7 μm,厚度波动≤1.13 μm,氧化层中Fe3O4,与FcO的含量相当,有利于去除氧化层;个别厂家线材脱碳层为0.05~0.10 mm,平均氧化层12.47 μm,厚度波动≤1.84 μm。

Abstract: The surface quality of0.72~0.82C φ5.5 mm wire for steel cord af tyre produced by different producers at home and abroad was tested and examined. The results showed that surface of wire produced at moet producers has no de- carburized  layer  and  average  thickness  of  oxidizing  scale  layer  was  ≤7.7  μm  with  thickness  difference  ≤1.13  μm,in which the Fe3Ocontent was equal to FeO content to be available to remove scale of surface,and only there wa decarburi- zed  layer with  depth  0.05~0.10 mm  for wire produced  at very  few  of producers,and  average  oxidizing  scale  layer was 12.47  μm  with  thickness  difference  ≤1.84  μm.
