精炼渣的组成对管坯钢 SA-210C 洁净度的影响

Effect of Ingredient of Refining Slag on Cleanliness of Tube Blank Steel SA-210C

摘要: 经熔渣粘度和表面张力影响因素的分析并通过正交试验得出优选的管坯钢SA-210C(%:0.18- 0.24C、0.80-1.10Mn)LF精炼渣组成(%):52CaO、18Al2O3、16SiO2、9MgO、5CaF2。该渣的粘度和表面张力分别为0.72 Pa·s和0.43 N/m。100 t LF使用优选精炼渣的94炉生产数据表明,精炼后钢液中的显微夹杂数量与大颗粒夹杂含量比优选前分别降低了22.6%和35.4%,洁净度合格炉数由原96.8%提高到98.1%。

Abstract: The optimum LF refining slag-52CaO,18Al2O3,16SiO2,9MgO,5CaFfor tube blank steel SA-210C (0. 18~0.24C,0.80~1. 10Mn) has obtained according to analysis on influence factors on fluxes viscosity and surface tension and by orthogonal test of which the viscosity and surface tension are 0.72 Pa · s and 0.43 N/m respectively. The 94 heats production data using optimum refining slag in a 100 t LF indicated that the micro inclusion amount and large inclusion content in molten steel after refining decreased by 22.6% and 35.4% respectively as compared that of using original refining slag, and the qualified heat rate for cleanliness increased to 98. 1% from original 96.8%.
