摘要: 本钢特钢Φ190 mm和Φ200 mm不锈钢棒材原轧制工艺为800轧机将3.16 t锭开坯和成材,其轧制小时产量低,钢材易出现扭转划伤。现采用的优化工艺为800轧机开坯成206 mm方和217 mm方,并由650连轧机通过方-椭圆-圆孔型系统轧成Φ190 mm和Φ200 mm棒材,提高了成品材质量,并使产量由优化前的35 t/h提高到55t/h。

Abstract: The original rolling process for φ190 and φ200 mm stainless steel bars produced at Special Steel Co, Benxi Steel was by 800 primary mill blooming and finish-rolling from 3. 16 t ingot, by which the output of rolling products per hour was lower and the bars were easy twisted and scratched. At present the optimization process is used by 800 primary mill blooming ingot to 206 mm and 217 mm billet then by 650 continuous rolling mill finish-rolling to φ190 and φ200 mm bar products with square-oval-round pass series, by which the quality of products increases and the output increases from original 35 t/h to 55 t/h.
