摘要: 用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机测试了GCr15(0.98%C、1.51%Cr)轴承钢连铸坯的高温力学性能,得出GCr15钢的零塑性温度为1400℃,零强度温度为1450℃,良好塑性区为1250~950℃,第Ⅲ脆性区为950~600℃,并用扫描电镜分析了塑性区与脆性区的断口形貌。研究结果表明,GCr15钢连铸坯的矫直温度应控制≥950℃。

Abstract: High temperature mechanical properties of cast billet of CCr15 bearing steel (0.98%C,1.51% Cr) have been tested by using Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation test machine to get that zero plastic temperature (ZDT)of GCr15 steel- 1400 ℃, zero strength temperature- 1450 ℃, optimum plastic temperature range of billet - 1250~950 ℃ and Ⅱ brittle temperature range-950~600 ℃. The fracture morphology of billet at plastic temperature range and brittle temperature range was analyzed by SEM. The study results show that the straightening temperature of cast billet should be controlled ≥950 ℃.
