CaO-Al2O3渣系对20CrMoH齿轮钢中总氧和硫的影响

摘要: 研究分析了CaO-Al2O3精炼渣系对140t LD Al直接脱氧齿轮钢T[O]和[S]的影响。结果表明,控制 钢包渣中CaO/Al203为2.5,可使T[0]降低到0.0013%;当渣中CaF2为5%,CaO/Al203为2~3时,能够增强炉渣 吸收氧化物夹杂的能力;当(SiO2)增至6%~9%时,其含量变化对炉渣脱硫性能影响不大。当(SIQ2)为5%~ 10%时,较佳的精炼渣成分为(%):60~65 CaO 、20~30 Al205~10 MgO,5CaFz。

Abstract: The effect of CaO-Al2Obased refining slag series on T[O] and[S] of Al direct deoxidation gear steel  melted by 140 tLD have been studied and analyzed.Results showed that with controling Ca0/Al2O3=2.5 in ladleslag,  TI0] decreasedt00.0013%;a CaF,in slag was5% and CaO/Al2Owas 2~3,the ability of slag to absorb oxide inclu- sions could be incrasedl;ns(SIO.)increased to 6%~9%,the change of(SiO2)had minor inlience on abiliy of slag desulphurzation.As(SiO,)was5%~10%,he optimum reining slag ingedient was 60~65 CaO,20~30 Al205~ 10 MgO and 5 CaF2
