摘要: 通过高频疲劳试验机,用红外热像仪釆集45钢疲劳过程的热像图。记录3种工况下(I-载荷比r = -1;26.2 加载频率 137.8 Hz; U-拉伸平均应力σm =224 MPa,22.1℃,加载频率 141 Hz;Ⅲ-σm= 187 MPa, 27℃,加载频率138 Hz)试样表面温度的变化。求出不同频率疲劳过程非塑性效应下工作载荷与温升值的关系,得岀 常温下45钢黏性系数F = 1 496.1 Pa • s。

Abstract: The thermographic figure of 0. 45 C steel during fatigue testing has been measured by high frequency fatigue testing machine using infrared thennographic sensor. The change of surface temperature of test sample was recorded at three load conditions - Nol- load ratio r = - 1 ; loading frequency 137. 8Hz at 26. 2℃; No2- average tensile stress σm= 224 MPa, loading frequency 141 Hz at 22. 1 ℃ ; No3- σm= 187 MPa, loading frequency 138 Hz at 27 °C. The relation between temperature rise value and service load below fatigue limit with different frequency during non-plastic test was derived and it was obtained that the viscosity coefficient of 0. 45C steel F=1 496.1 Pa·s.
