超低氧弹簧钢60Si2Mn的夹杂物研究

A Study on Inclusion in Ultra-low Oxygen Spring Steel 60Si2Mn

摘要: 通过80 t LD-LF(VD)-CC流程,采用转炉出钢铝沉淀脱氧,出钢后加铝粉强扩散脱氧工艺所生产的 60Si2Mn弹簧钢铸坯总氧含量(T.0)为10×10-6,[S]0.005%,[P]0.010%。分析结果表明,LF末期和VD末期钢 水中的夹杂物主要为CaO(MgO)-Al203-CaS-Si02系;铸坯中的夹杂物主要为CaO(MgO)-Al203-CaS-SiO2-TiN复合 夹杂。因为连铸时保护浇铸不当,使[N]增加,促使铸坯含TiN夹杂。

Abstract: Abstract Spring steel 60Si2Mn produced by 80 tLD-LF(VD)-CC flow sheet using aluminum killing during tap-  ping and aluminum powder strong diffusion deoxidation after tapping to get total oxygen content(T.0)in billet of steel 10×10-6,[S]0.005%,[P]0.010%。Analysis results showed that the main inclusion in steel at end phase of LF and end phase of VD was CaO(MgO)-Al2O3-CaS-SiO2 series,the main inclusion in billet was CaO(MgO)-Al203-CaS-SiO2- TiN compound inclusion. As shielding practice was unsuitable led to increasing[N] and containing TiN inclusion in billet.
