摘要: 太钢253MA耐热钢(%:0.05~0. 10C 、20.0~22.0Cr、10.0~12.0Ni 、0.14~0.20N 、0.03~0.08Ce) 中 板由电弧炉-AOD精炼氧化期吹N2-钢包喂稀土Ce线-连铸-热轧中板流程生产。结果表明,通过喂Ce线处理,钢中 稀土夹杂呈球状,分布在奥氏体晶粒内部,提高了钢的横向冲击性能和持久强度。253MA钢板1000 ℃平均氧化速 率为0.09 mm/a

Abstract: The Medium plate of heat resisting steel253MA(0.05~0. 10C,20.0~22.0Cr,10.0~12.0Ni,0.14~ 0.20N,0.03~0.08Ce)was produced by arc funace-A0D refining oxidizing period blowing Nz-ladle feeding rare earth (RE)element Ce Wire-concasting-hot roling plate flow sheet at Taiyuan Steel. Results showed that with feeding Ce wire treatment the RE inclusions were spheroidal and dispersed at inside of austenite grain to increase transverse impact tough- ness and stress-rupture strength. The average oxidation rate of plate of steel 253MA at 1000 ℃ was 0.09 mm/a.
