坩埚实验中渣组成对合金钢液洁净度的影响

Effect of Slag Ingredient on Cleanliness of Alloy Steel by#br# Crucible Experiment

摘要: 通过Si-Mo高温炉MgO坩埚实验,研究了在1873 K时,CaO-Al2O3-SiO2渣成分对0.42C-1.15Cr- 0.2Mo钢液T[O]以及硫分配比Ls-(S)/[S]的影响。发现渣碱度-(CaO+MgO)/SiO2由1增加到3时,T[O]由0.0014%迅速减少至0.0010%,此后碱度升高,T[O]变化不明显,(FeO+MnO)≤0.50%时,T[O]60.0010%;(FeO+MnO)超过0.50%时,T[O]明显升高至0.0014%。渣碱度、渣中Al2O3活度和[A]对Ls影响明显:渣中Al2O3活度升高,Ls减小;渣碱度、[Al]升高,Ls增大。

Abstract: The effect of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 slag ingredient on T[O] in 0. 42C-1.15Cr-0. 2Mo steel and sulphur partition ratio Ls- (S)/[S] at 1 873 K has been studied by experiment of MgO crucible in Si-Mo high temperature furnace. It was found that with increasing slag basicity- ( CaO + MgO)/SiO2 from 1 to 3 , the T[O] dramatically decreased from 0.001 4% to 0. 001 0% , and with further increasing basicity, the change of T[O] was not obvious; as ( FeO + MnO) W0. 50% , the T[O] was WO. 001 0% and as (FeO + MnO) more than 0. 50% , the T[O] obviously increased to 0.001 4% ; the slag basicity, activity of Al2O3 in slag and [ Al] had obvious influence on Ls, that was with increasing the activity of Al2O3 in slag, the Ls decreased and with increasing the slag basicity and [ Al] , the Ls increased.
