高纯净GCr15轴承钢脆性夹杂物的控制

Control of Brittle Inclusions in High Cleanliness Bearing Steel GCr15

摘要: 分析了铁水+废钢-100 t EAF-LF(VD)-CC生产的高纯净GCr15轴承钢D类和B类夹杂物的组成,试验了精炼渣成分和VD吹氩搅拌对钢中脆性夹杂物含量的影响。结果表明,兴澄特钢GCr15钢中大尺寸D类夹杂组成为O-Al-Ca-S、O-Al-Mg-Ca-(S)和Ti-N-Cr;B类夹杂组成为O-Al-Ca、O-Al-Mg-Ca;采用(%)40~60CaO、20~40Al2O3、5~12MgO、4~10SiO2精炼渣系,延长VD吹氩搅拌时间,控制耐火材料质量,使钢中总氧含量≤8×10-6,可有效地控制钢中大颗粒脆性夹杂物,达到高纯净度技术要求。

Abstract: The ingredients of D type and B type inclusions in high cleanliness bearing steel CCr15 produced by hot metal + scrap- 100t EAF-LF(VD)-CC flow sheet were analyzed and the effect of refining slag ingredient and VD argon stiring process on brittle inclusions in steel were tested. Results showed that in CCr15 steel produced at Xingcheng Special Steel, the ingredients of large scale D type inclusions were O-Al-Ca-S,O-Al-Mg-Ca-(S)and Ti-N-Cr and the ingredients of B type inclusions were O-Al-Ca and O-Al-Mg-Ca; it was available to control large scale inclusions in steel to meet the technical requirement for high cleanliness of steel by using 40~60CaO,20~40Al2O3,5~12MgO,4~10SiO2refining slag series,prolonging VD argon stiring time,controlling refractory quality and total oxygen content in steel≤8×10-6.
