高效RH脱碳工艺参数的优化

摘要: 基于RH脱碳数学模型,研究了210tRH精炼装置的脱碳行为,分析了真空度、提升气体流量及浸渍管内径等因素对脱碳过程的影响;在自然脱碳条件下,根据实际取样分析结果,计算出脱碳速率常数KC,发现整个脱碳过程分为两个阶段,即快速脱碳阶段和脱碳停滞阶段。提高真空度可提高脱碳速率和降低终点[C];提高气体流量不能显著提高脱碳速率,应选择合适的浸渍管内径;快速脱碳阶段的脱碳速率常数可达0.287min-1

Abstract: Based on(lecarburizah(m math model for RH process, the decarburization behavior of a 210 t RH unit has been studied to analyze the effect of vacuum, lifting gas flow rate and up-leg inner diameter on decarburizing process. At condition of natural decarburization, according to results of sampling analysis to calculate de('arburization rate constant Kc, it was found that the whole (lecarburization process was divided into two phases: quick decarburization phase ami decarburization stagnated phase. The results showed that with increasing vacuum, the decarburizing rate increased and end [C] decreased ;with increasing gas flow rate the increase of decarburizing rate was not outstanding; using suitable up-leg imier diameter was available to get larger decarburizing rate ; and the decarburizing rate constant could be up to 0. 287 min-1 at quick dec'arburization phase.
