摘要: 介绍了静态轻压下技术在北满特钢Concast铸机生产GCr15轴承钢240mm×240mm连铸坯的应用。结果表明,当钢水过热度20~30℃,拉速0.85m/min,在铸坯3m长范围内进行总压下量7mm、3组压下辊压下量分别为(mm)3、2、2的轻压下连铸,铸坯中心疏松由原来未轻压下的2.0~2.5级降低至1.0~1.5级,V型偏析和中心缩孔明显改善,铸坯中心平均碳偏析指数由1.17~1.26降至1.07~1.13。

Abstract: The application of static soft reduction technolog)- during production of 240 mm x 240 mm cast bloom of bearing steel GCrl5 by Concast caster at Beiman Special Steel is presented. Applied results showed that with liquid steel overheat 20 ~ 30℃ , casting speed 0. 85 m/min, after soft reducing with total reduction in height 7 mm at the region of 3 m length bloom, reduction in height of 3 sets reduction roller respectively being 3 mm, 2 mm, 2 mm, the rating of center porosity of bloom decreased to 1. 0 ~ 1. 5 from 2. 0 ~ 2. 5 without soft reduction, the V- shaped segregation and center shrinkage cavity obviously improved and the center average carbon segregation index of bloom decreased to 1.07 ~ 1. 13 from 1. 17 ~ 1. 26.
