80 t复吹转炉-LF-CC流程生产65Mn弹簧钢的工艺实践

Process Practice for Spring Steel 65 Mn Produced by 80 t Combined Blown Converter-LF-CC Flow Sheet

摘要: 通过高拉碳补吹氧操作,控制转炉终点[C]≥0.08%,[P]≤0.015%,[S]≤0.03%;控制LF渣碱度3.0~3.5,LF末进行Ca包芯线处理,全程保护浇铸,电磁搅拌,钢水过热度15~30℃,使65Mn弹簧钢(%:0.64~0.69C、0.95~1.10Mn)平均T[O]达到22.7×10-6,钢中P含量为0.011%~0.020%,S含量为0.004%~0.015%,力学性能和组织均达到标准和使用要求。

Abstract: With process practice such as using eatch carbon-rehlovv oxygen practice, controlling coiHeiler end [C] ≥0.08% , [P] ≤ 0. 0159( and [S] ≤ 0. 03% , controlling LF' refining slag basicity 3. 0 ~ 3、5 , earning nut Ca clad wire feeding at LF end, shielding casting during while process, electromagnetic stirring, liquid steel overheating 15 〜30 ℃, the average T[O] of spring steel 65Mn (0. 64% 〜0. 69% C, 0. 95% ~ 1. 10% Mn) was 22. 7x10-6 , p conlenl in steel was 0. 011 % ~ 0. 020% , S content in steel was 0.004% 〜0.015% , and the structure and mechanical properties of slerl met the re(|nirenieiit of standard and application.
