铁水预处理脱磷渣低氟化研究

A Study on Dephosphorization of Hot Metal Pretreatment by Low Fluoride Slag

摘要: 为了降低预处理脱磷渣(%:40CaO、52Fe2O3、6~8CaF2)中CaF2含量,分别用2%~8%Al2O3、B2O3、Li2O和白云石替代预处理脱磷渣中CaF2,研究替代后脱磷效果。在1450℃的实验结果表明,Al2O3、B2O3、Li2O和白云石都能替代CaF2,形成低氟或无氟预处理渣。Al2O3和Li2O替代CaF2后预处理脱磷率提高,而B2O3和白云石替代前后预处理效果相当。

Abstract: In order to decrease the CaF2 content in dephosphorization slag (40CaO, 52Fe2O3 , 6 - 8CaF2 ) for hot metal pretreatment, the CaF2 in pretreatment dephosphorization slag was replaced respectively by 2% 〜8% Al2O3, B2O3, Li2O and dolomite to study dephosphorization effect after replace. Test results at 1 450 °C showed that Al2O3, B2O3 , Li2O and dolomite might be used instead of CaF2 to form low fluoride or free fluoride slag for hot metal pretreatment. With replacing CaF2, by Al2O3 or Li2O, the dephosphorization effect of pretreatment of slag improved and with replacing CaF2 by B2O3 or dolomite the dephosphorization effect of slag was about equal to that of fluoride slag.
