摘要: 研究了Nb微合金钢Q345GJC(%:0.16C、1.37Mn、0.026Nb)12 mm板850℃终轧后驰豫30~60 s再进入层流冷却对该钢屈强比的影响。结果表明,延长驰豫时间可以增大铁素体晶粒尺寸和含量、珠光体球团片层增厚,降低屈强比。当驰豫30s时,试验钢屈强比由未驰豫的0.765降低至0.737;当驰豫60 s时,屈强比降至0.718

Abstract: Effect of relaxing for 30 - 60 s after finishing rolling at 850 Y before cooling in air flow on yield strength- ultimate tensile strength (YS-UTS) ratio of 12 nini plate of Nh microalloving steel Q345GJC (% : 0. 16C, 1. 37Mn, 0.026Nb) has been studied. Results showed that with increasing relaxation time the grain size and content of ferrite increased and laniellar of pearlite colony thickened to decrease YS-UTS ratio. The YS-LTS ratio of test steel with relaxing for 30 s decreased to 0. 737 from 0. 765 of original un-relaxing steel, and that with relaxing for 60 s decreased to 0. 718.
