镁对GCr15轴承钢中氧化铝夹杂的变质行为

A Study on Controlling Super-Low Phosphorus in High Grade Pipeline Steel

摘要: 计算了Mg对GCr15轴承钢中Al2O3夹杂物进行变质的热力学条件,得出当[Als]为0.03%时,钢中存在2.0×10-6%Mg即能对Al2O3夹杂起变质作用,生成MgO·Al2O3。通过MoSi2电阻炉对1 kg轴承钢水插入1g含16.55%Mg的镁铝合金粉,试验Mg对Al2O3夹杂的变质效果。实验结果表明,加Mg后,钢中≥10μm Al2O3夹杂转变成细小、球形镁铝尖晶石夹杂,其中≤5μm夹杂占99.46%,其余为5~10μm夹杂。

Abstract: Thermodynamic conditions to modify Al2O3 inclusions in bearing steel GCr15 by Mg have been calculated which was obtained that as [Als] was 0. 03%, 2. 0 x 10-6% Mg in steel could modify the Al2O3 to form MgO·Al2O3. With added 1 g magnesium aluminum powder containing 16. 55% Mg in 1 kg bearing steel liquid in a MoSi2 electric resistance furnace to test the effect of Mg on Al2O3 inclusion modification. The test results showed that after added Mg, ≥10μm Al2O3 inclusions were modified to fine, spherical magnesium-aluminum spinel inclusions, of which ≤5 μm inclusions accounted for 99. 46% , others were 5 ~ 10 μm inclusions.
