A Study on Controlling Super-Low Phosphorus in High Grade Pipeline Steel

摘要: 对高级别管线钢超低磷生产工艺进行热力学计算,研究了转炉脱磷并控制增硫和LF脱硫并控制回磷的条件。当100 t转炉终点氧为0.055%时,在炉渣碱度大于4.5、(FeO)≤20%,渣中的硫、磷分别≤0.036 5%、1.18%情况下可控制转炉终点钢中硫磷≤0.004%。得到0.004%和0.006%钢中磷的精炼工艺条件为:精炼渣碱度5.5~6、(Al2O3)分别小于18.8%和21.0%、(FeO)分别大于1.72%和1.28%、(P2O5) ≤0.012%。

Abstract: Production process to get super-low phosphorus content in high grade pipeline steel has been calculated by thermodynamics to study the conditions for LD dephosphorization and controlling resulfurization and the conditions for LF desulfurization and controlling rephosphorization. As 100 t LD end [O] is 0. 055%, the converter end [S] and [P] well be less than 0. 004% in the conditions of slag basicity being more than 4.5, ( FeO) less than 20%, sulfur and phosphorus content in slag being respectively less than 0.036 5% and 1. 18%, During ladle furnace refining, 0. 004% or 0. 006% phosphorus content in steel are got in conditions of refining slag basicity 5. 5 ~6, (Al2O3) respectively less than 18. 8% and 21. 0% , ( FeO) respectively more than 1. 72% and 1. 28% , and ( P2O5 ) less than 0. 012%.
