铁碳熔体还原氧化铝的实验研究

An Experimental Study on Reduction of MoO3 by Fe-C Melts

摘要: 研究了氮气保护500 g Fe-1.80%~3.50%[C]熔体在1300~1500℃时对不同方法加料MoO3的还原反应。结果表明,≤1 400℃,无渣条件下,粉状MoO3还原速度较球团状MoO3快,熔体[C]是影响MoO3还原的主要因素,当[C]约为2%时,钼收得率可达96%;在有渣条件下,熔体温度对MoO3还原反应的影响较大,温度升高,MoO3的还原速度提高,1500℃时1.80%[C]熔体的钼收得率达100%。转炉冶炼含钼钢时,宜采取合适措施向铁水中加入粉状MoO3后随即造流动性良好的渣,以利快速还原MoO3,提高Mo的收得率。

Abstract: The reaction of reduction of Mo03 with different adding method by 500 g Fe-1. 80% 〜3. 50% [ C ] melts with nitrogen protective atmosphere at 1 300 ~ 1 500 °C has been studied. Results show that at W 1 400 °C with free slag condition, the reduction rate of Mo03 by feeding MoO3 powder is faster than that by adding Mo03 pellet, and the [C] in melt is main factor to reduce MoO3, as the [C] in melt is about 2% , then yield of molybdenum is up to 96% ; with slag condition, the effect of temperature of melts on reduction reaction of Mo03 is larger, with increasing temperature, the reduction rate of Mo03 increases, and the yield of molybdenum in 1.80% [C] melt is up to 100% at 1 500 °C. As the steel bearing Mo is melted by converter, to feed powder MoO3 in hot metal, then form the slag with nice flowability is available to fast reduce MoO3 and increase yield of Mo.
