X100管线钢连续冷却相变研究

A Study on Phase Transformation of X100 Pipeline Steel during Continuous Cooling

摘要: 通过热模拟试验研究了冷却速度(0.5~35℃/s)和变形量(0.3~0.6)对X100管线钢(%:0.06C、0.23Si、1.90Mn、0.005P、0.000 3S、0.28Mo、0.25 Ni、0.23Cr、0.05Nb、0.02Ti、0.20Cu、0.025Al)组织的影响,得出该钢的静态和动态连续冷却转变(CCT)曲线。结果表明,试验钢未变形奥氏体在5℃/s冷却速度可得到全部贝氏体组织;变形奥氏体相变开始温度升高,随热变形量增加,针状铁素体转变区扩大,板条贝氏体转变区缩小。

Abstract: The effect of cooling rate (0. 5 ~35℃/s) and strain (0. 3 ~ 0. 6) on structure of X100 pipeline steel (%: 0.06C, 0. 23Si, 1.90Mn, 0. 005P, 0.0003S, 0. 28 Mo, 0. 25 Ni, 0. 23 Cr, 0. 05 Nb, 0.02Ti, 0. 20Cu, 0. 025Al) has been studied by thermo-simulation test and the static and dynamic continuous cooling transformation (CCT) curves of the steel are obtained. Results show that complete bainite structure could be got at cooling rate of 5℃/s from un-deformed austenite; with deforming, the initial transformation temperature of austenite increases, and with increasing hot strain, the acicular ferrite transformation region enlarges while the lath bainite transformation region shrinks.
