摘要: 本钢通过预处理铁水(0.050%P、≤0.005%S)-150 t转炉高拉碳吹炼的LF(RH)-350 mm×470 mm连铸坯-800 mm棒线连轧机组工艺流程生产GCr15轴承钢。操作结果表明,高枪位条件下的高氧化性利于去除钢水中的磷,实现高碳出钢,使转炉终点[C]为0.41%~0.67%,[P]-0.013%~0.017%,中间包[C]为0.96%~0.98%,[P]-0.014%~0.020%,[S]-0.002%~0.005%,钢的化学成分和冶金质量均满足标准要求。

Abstract: The bearing steel GCr15 is produced by pretreated hot metal (0.050% P, ≤0.005% S)-150 t BOF catch carbon blowing LF (RH) - 350 mm x 470 mm bloom casting-800 mm bar-rod continuous rolling mill process at Benxi Steel. Operation practice results show that the higher oxidative state of liquid at condition of high lance height is favorable to remove the phosphorus in steel and realize high [C] at tapping, i. e. BOF end [C]- 0.41%-0. 67% and [P]-0. 013%- 0.017% ; the tundish [C] is 0.96%-0.98% , [P] 0. 014%-0.020% and [S] 0.002%-0.005% ; and the chemical composition and metallurgical quality of steel meet the requirement of standard.
