B2O3替代CaF2铁水预处理脱磷的热力学研究

Thermodynamic Study on Dephosphorization during Hot Metal Pretreatment with B2O3 to Replace CaF2 in Slag

摘要: 通过MoSi管式高温炉在1450℃下研究了用0~8%B2O3替代40%CaO-52%Fe2O3铁水预处理渣中0~8%CaF2的含量,对初始硅含量为0.61%,初始磷含量0.06%~0.09%的铁水脱磷效果。实验结果表明,B2O3替换CaF2后,预处理脱磷渣氧化性增加,铁水的脱磷率大于80%,渣的磷容量略有降低,从9.35×1021变化到7.48×1021,可以满足预处理脱磷的要求。

Abstract: The dephosphorization effect of hot metal with initial 0. 61%Si and 0. 06% ~0.09%P by 0 ~8% B2O3 to replace 0 ~8% CaF2 in 40% CaO-52% Fe2O3 metal pre-treating slag at 1 450℃ has been studied by MoSi tube high temperature furnace. Test results show that with B2O3 to replace CaF2, the oxidizing ability of pre-treating phosphorescing slag increases, the efficiency of dephosphorization of metal is more than 80% by substituting slag and the phosphor capacity of slag decreases slightly from original 9. 35 x 1021 to 7. 48 x 1021, it is available to meet the requirement of pre-treating dephosphorization.
