120t级大型电渣重熔炉设备优化设计

Optimizing Design of Equipments for an 120 t Large Electroslag Remelting Furnace

摘要: 东北大学大型电渣炉研发中心(东大兴科冶金技术有限公司)采用创新理念设计研发了120 t级大型电渣炉重熔设备。该设备采用了3台单相变压器,3机架、3立柱+横臂旋转双极串联模式。结晶器采取两节分体式组合叠加构成。机械运行系统全部采用液压传动。在控制系统总体采用PLC网络化控制,对熔速、称重、电流电压、自动交换电极等采取智能化控制。在热试与生产中,设备达到设计要求,获得了良好的冶金效果。

Abstract: Large-Scale Electroslag Furnace R&D Center, Northeastern University (Shenyang Dongda Xingke Metallurgical Technology Co Ltd) has designed and manufactured a 120-t large electroslag remelting furnace with advanced new idea. The mode of 3 sets of single-phase transformers, 3-stands, 3-pilars + double electrode series with cross arm rotating is adopted for the unit. The crystallizer consists of two separated parts assembled and piled up. The liquid pressure transmission is used in all mechanical running system. The PLC web-net control is adopted in whole control system and the intelligent control is used to control remelting speed, weighing, current, voltage and automatically changing electrodes etc. The equipment met the requirement of design to get excellent metallurgy effects in pilot and commercial production.
