氮含量对U71Mn高速钢轨力学性能的影响

Effect of Nitrogen Content on Mechanical Properties of U71Mn High Speed Heavy Rail Steel

摘要: 重轨U71Mn钢(%:0.66~0.76C、0.15~0.35Si、1.10~1.40Mn、≤0.030P、≤0.030S)的冶金工艺流程为100 t转炉-LF(VD)-280 mm×380 mm连铸。研究了转炉至中间包各工序[N]及影响因素,氮含量对钢轨力学性能的影响。结果表明,随钢中氮含量由54×10-6增加至94×10-6,钢轨的断裂韧性由34.7~38.1 MPa m1/2降至28.1~31.5 MPa m1/2。LF精炼时将增碳剂由沥青焦改为无烟煤时,钢中氮含量可控制≤64×10-6,平均氮含量为50.9×10-6

Abstract: The metallurgical process flow sheet for U71 Mn heavy rail steel ( % : 0. 66 ~0. 76C, 0. 15 ~0. 35Si, 1. 10 - 1. 40Mn, ≤0.03OP, ≤030S) is 100 t converter-LF (VD) -280 mm x 380 mm bloom continuous casting. The [N] of each procedure from converter to tundish and effect factors, and the effect nitrogen content on mechanical properties of rail steel have been studied. Results show that with increasing nitrogen content in steel from 54 x 10-6 to 94 x 10-6 , the fracture toughness of rail decreases from 34. 7 〜38. 1 MPa mi1/2 to 28. 1 -31.5 MPa ml/2. During LF refining, as recarburizing agent anthracite is used to replace original asphalt coke, it is available to control nitrogen content in steel ≤64 x 10-6 the average nitrogen content is 50. 9 x 10-6
