EAF-LF-VOD-铸造流程ZG06 Cr13Ni4Mo钢中CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-MgO系夹杂物转变研究

A Study on Transformation of Inclusions of CaO-Al2O3 -SiO2 -MgO System in Stainless Steel ZG06 Cr13Ni4Mo with EAF-LF-VOD-Casting Flow Sheet

摘要: 对大型水轮机组用超低碳马氏体不锈钢ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo中夹杂物进行了全面的分析和研究。在40 tEAF-LF-VOD-铸造流程的工业试验取样分析的基础上,运用Fact Sage热力学软件,研究了不锈钢冶炼过程中CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO系夹杂物的转变过程,得到夹杂物的熔点和塑性的变化规律。基于Fact Sage软件的计算,找到合理的夹杂物低熔点塑性控制区域,即在MgO含量为10%的CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO四元系相图中,夹杂物组分(%)为50~70SiO2、10~20Al2O3、10~40CaO时,其熔点低于1 280℃。为得到低熔点的夹杂物,工业生产超低碳不锈钢应将脱氧剂Si/Al比控制在2~5。

Abstract: A comprehensive analysis and study on inclusions in ultra-low carbon martensite stainless steel ZG06Crl3Ni4Mo for large scale hydraulic turbine sets has been carried out. Based on sampling analysis in commercial test with 40 t EAF-LF-VOD-casting flow sheet the transformation process of inclusions of CaO-SiO2 -Al2O3 -MgO system in the stainless steel during steelmaking is studied by using Fact Sage thermodynamic software to get variation law of melting point and plasticity of the inclusions. According to calculation by Fact Sage software, the reasonable low-melting-point inclusions plasticity control area is found out i. e. in quaternary phase diagram CaO-SiO2-Al2 O3 -MgO with 10% MgO as ingredient of inclusion ( % ) is 50 - 70 SiO2, 10-20 Al2O3 and 10 〜40 CaO, its smelting point is lower than 1 280 ℃. In order to get low-melting-point inclusions, the silicon/aluminium ratio of deoxidant should be controlled between 2 ~ 5 in commercial production of ultra-low carbon stainless steel.
