基于有限元模拟的外方内圆管拉拔成形工艺开发

Development of Drawing Forming Process for Outside-Square Inside-Circular Tube based on Finite Element Simulation

摘要: 为开发外方边长64 mm、内圆直径44.4 mm的外方内圆316L不锈钢异形管新品种,运用大型非线性有限元软件ABAQUS对空拔法和固定短芯棒法进行了模拟计算,得出拉拔模具最优的模角、变形区长度和拉拔力。通过分析得出,两道次固定短芯棒拉拔法可实现本新工艺。结合现场实验,测得成品方外边尺寸与模拟结果误差为0.26%,内圆径尺寸误差为0.01%,模拟结果较吻合。

Abstract: In order to develop a new grade of square-circular stainless steel 316L profile tube with outside length 64 mm and inside diameter 44. 4 mm, both hollow drawing process and fixed short-plug drawing process have been simulated and calculated by using large scare nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS to get optimal drawing die angles, length of deformation area and drawing force. With analysis it is obtained the new process shall realize by two-pass fixing short-plug drawing method. Combining works test, the simulated results are accuracy, i. e. the error of outside dimensions between measured and simulated is 0. 26% , and that of inside dimensions is 0. 11% .
