普通取向硅钢生产工艺和磁性的研究

A Study on Production Process and Magnetic Properties of Conventional Grain-Oriented Silicon Steel

摘要: 研究了普通取向硅钢(/%:0.03~0.05C、3.0Si、0.065~0.080Mn、0.004~0.007P、0.018~0.025S、0.02Cu)2.20~2.30mm热轧板经二次冷轧和中间退火生产0.30mm板的工艺过程。重点分析了化学成分(C、Mn、S、P)、加热温度(1350~1400℃,1200~1320℃)、常化工艺、二次冷轧压下率(56%~62%)和二次再结晶温度(900~1000℃)对普通取向硅钢铁损P17和磁感应强度B8的影响。结果表明,化学成分,加热温度和二次再结晶温度对普通取向硅钢的磁性能影响较大,常化工艺和中间板厚对钢的磁性影响不显著;普通取向硅钢合适的主要成分的范围为(/%):0.03~0.05C、2.9~3.1Si、0.05~0.10Mn、0.015~0.03S,热轧加热温度~1380℃,终轧930~960℃,二次再结晶温度~950℃。

Abstract: The process for 0.30 mm sheet of conventional grain-oriented silicon steel (/% : 0.03-0.05C, 3.0Si, 0.065-0.080Mn, 0.004-0.007P, 0.018-0.025S, 0.02Cu) produced by two-stage fold rolling and inter annealing from 2.20-2.30 mm hot rolled plate has been studied to focus analysis on the effect of chemical composition ( C, Mn, S, P) , heating temperature ( 1350-1400 °C and 1200-1320 °C ) , use of normalizing process, second cold rolling reduction (56%-62% ) and secondary recrystallization temperature (900-1000 °C ) on iron loss P17 and magnetic induction B8 of conventional grain-oriented silicon steel. Results show that the effect of chemical composition, heating temperature and secondary recrystallization temperature on magnetic properties of conventional grain-oriented silicon steel is obvious, and the normalization process and cold rolling process plate thickness on magnetic properties of steel is not appreciable ; for conventional grain-oriented silicon steel the suitable range of chemical composition is (/%:) 0.03-0.05C, 2.9-3.1Si, 0.05-0.10Mn, 0.015- 0.03S, the heating temperature for hot rolling is 〜1380 °C , finishing rolling at 930 ~ 960 °C , secondary recrystallization temperature 〜950 °C .
